Привет, всем. Вот несколько советов, как сделать так, чтобы BSFF работала для вас лучше. BSFF работает элегантно. Весь фокус в том, чтобы использовать тот простой способ, которому я учил. - I
recently helped someone by telephone with this hesitation/resistance
(which is simply another problem that is interfering with getting
complete personal freedom.) This person treated over 200 times before
being completely set free of a major lifetime issue. I had to provide
encouragement many times to keep that precious, scared and hurting
person on task. The psychological and physical freedom and calm that she
reported after finishing was wonderful! That emotional support and
encouragement is quite helpful. Yet, you can provide that for yourself,
as well. Simply treat all resistance to continuing that shows up. I urge
you to do that. So, treat for hesitating and wanting to flee from
problems. Get rid of all resistance completely. (Contrary to the old
programming in your subconscious, you are worth the effort!)
- Know
that your cue word always works. It does not wear out. You may not
always consciously notice change each time that you use your cue. But,
you cue is always working. So, treat for any doubts, fears or concerns
about whether you are doing effective work. Just stay tuned to the
problem/issue that you are treating and finish it.
- Your
subconscious always responds to your intention for it to treat
something that you have noticed. It knows what prompted you to use your
cue; so, you do not have to identify or verbalize what the problem is in
order for your subconscious to do the treatment. It is your intention
that activates your subconscious to do all of the treatment work for
you. (It's really not work for your subconscious; and it need not be
work for you either.) You just have to use your cue. It could not be
simpler or easier than this. Just do it.
- Finally,
I cannot overemphasize the crucial importance of always finishing your
self-treatment sessions with the "Closing Sequence." It greatly reduces
the likelihood of the problems you have just treated in your session
form returning. Memorize these steps so you can plug them in
automatically after you have finished doing all of the treatments you
are going to do at that time. This is for your psychological protection.
Just do it once-at the end of every session-whether you have done one
or 101 treatments.

I understand that there are sometimes problems/issues that you may not
readily know how to address with this amazing tool of BSFF. So, I
encourage you to seek professional help, especially from a skilled BSFF

Hello, everyone. Here are some tips for making BSFF

better for you. BSFF works elegantly. The trick is to use it in the
simple way that I have taught it. Please do no try to change the method
or add anything to it. Here are some important things to remember and to
apply to optimize your own treatment results.
- You
do not have to know, understand, describe, be able to explain or have a
label for what you want to eliminate. All you need to do is consciously
notice that you have a problem. A problem can be any negative thought,
feeling, physical sensation in your body, or some way in which you are
being held back or blocked from freely and flexibly doing or being what
you want to be in your current situation.

Intellectual analysis may be interesting for future understanding (and
sometimes it interferes) but is not at all necessary for effective and
compete treatment of any problem or issue. After thorough treatment of
an issue, you may discover insights and understanding about why you
operated in the problematic way. That is because you no longer have the
mental-emotional clutter to interfere with your perception and
recognition of what really has been going on within you.
- So,
treat everything that you can consciously perceive related to whatever
the problem/issue is that you are noticing. Keep treat until you can no
longer detect any sense of distress or limitation about the issue. Keep
treating until you feel calm, at peace and essentially indifferent to
the formerly stressful or limiting situation. Continue until it just
does not bother you anymore at all.
- It
is crucial to treat thoroughly. I cannot overemphasize the importance of
doing this. Treat every problem that you notice that is related to what
you are experiencing.
- There
are two important reasons that you need to be so thorough. First, you
do not want the problem to keep bothering you anymore. Second, if you do
not eliminate every aspect of the issue, the untreated aspects of an
issue can become the hooks to rebuilding the whole issue again.
- The
primary reason for people not doing thorough treatment work on any
given issue is that our subconscious is stronly programmed to escape
from unpleasantness of any kind. So we want to stop before we finish the
(so simple and easy) work of BSFF by using a common "coping method" of
settling for feeling better, rather than becoming completely free.
Feeling better is not good enough. It is a set up for the issue to
return.
- It
is exceedingly important to be tough minded about thoroughness of
treatment. Most problems will clear in one or two BSFF treatments. But
it is not unusual for some problems (really they are issues with
multiple problems operating together) to require 1-30 treatments. The
trick is to keep consciously noticing every aspect of the issue and to
treat everything until you can find no more distress at all. I have
helped many people hang in there for longer treatment on some major
issue when they wanted to stop and they would say they were feeing OK or
better. Our tendency (programming) is to escape it as quickly as
possible. I simply ask my client to look deeper. Or, I might suggest
"What is the worst possible instance or situation you can think of that
has happened or might happen?" That usually helps them to recognize more
problems to clear.
